I had long been fascinated with personality assessments when I was first introduced to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) in 1998. After a decade using assessments for career development, I began administering the MBTI® during student leadership programs. During these sessions, I witnessed the impact typology has for personal growth.
Currently, I am exploring the MBTI® as it applies to child development, parenting styles, and family dynamics. The research is fascinating and has provided me tremendous insight into myself, my husband, and our two young daughters.
I am excited to share this information and help others recognize, understand, and appreciate who they are -- and develop strategies to get energized!
